「The hotel is located centrally, across from the Rathaus and the Münsterkirche. It's within walking distance of pretty much anything you could need. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and inviting, and the breakfast was delicious.」

We were traveling with a toddler in code red heat wave 105 degrees (41 degree Celsius) the staff could care less we asked to cancel our stay and move to another hotel way out of our way they refused and even completely ignored us. Horrible customer service and can care less about their guests.」
