"I have stayed at this property many times and always have booked my reservation through Hotels.com. Checking in is ALWAYS a breeze as there seems to be multiple people behind check in desk to help. The location, ample parking, room size are all excellent features. The bottles of water in the room are a nice touch. There are ice machines on every floor as well. Initially this trip was going to be a bit longer and I made a reservation for two nights. When I learned that I was only needing one night I made a separate reservation whie forgeting to cancel my previous reservation. Technically the hotel could have charged me for the night I did not show up but they were so kind and did not do this. In fact, when I did check in I inquired about MY mistake and was informed it was already taken care of. This is the type of business/hotel I enjoy doing business with. Like I already wrote, I have stayed on this property at least 20 times as I travel to Reno/Sparks 3 times a year and usually for multiple days. This hotel completely satisfies my needs including the snack bar with some delicious gelato!"

"It was our first time going to the Peppermill. We had lots of fun during our stay. Floor servers were very attentive. It was nice to come back to a newly made bed and new towels everyday. We ate at two of the restaurants, portions were very nice sized. Overall we would probably come back based on our experience."

"I could see that the room used to be nice back in the day. I chose the assign room at check in option and was assigned to one of the older rooms (not yet renovated), but I remember if I saw the pictures of the older rooms on the peppery page. I would not try to save that 10-20 dollar a night if the newer ones are like in the pictures."
