"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. "This little apartment was wonderful - cozy, clean and well-appointed with everything you could want or need and spacious enough to really spread out. "Although the other side of the River Shannon to the city it was only a short walk across the bridge. Unlike some other city hotels there not only was parking available under the hotel, but at the time we were there more than ample parking, albeit at a not insignificant cost. Our room was spacious, well decorated, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The inclusive buffet breakfast was very good and we also had a meal one night in the hotel which was good too. A very smart hotel in a lovely city."
