"This is a place wher you can't be for vacation or a stay. 1. The surrounding of this place are not clean at all. 2. The room who was a non smoking room was smelling a segarrett smell, plus was a smell of beer and Marijuana. 3. By the photos looks like a good place, but when you get to the place it isn't closer to the advertising in the website. 4. Was so bad that my wife tells me to do the check out and leave the place to go to anther hotel. "

"Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is just a short ride to shops, restaurants, and activities. It is very close to the Legacy Trail for biking, just a few miles from Wellen Park, and less than 30 minute ride to several beaches, downtown Venice, and Fisherman’s Warf in Port Charlotte. "

"Everything was very nice, the only negative is the internet it was black out between 6-8 am,, overall was a great place to stay!!"

"Great house in a good, central location - very comfortable for all 4 of us. Having the two master bedrooms on opposite ends of the house made them both quiet and peaceful. The house is well-appointed and had almost everything (could use more plates and a little less "stuff" on the kitchen counters). The wagon with sand chairs and umbrellas was a nice surprise! Once the issues with the pump were resolved we were able to enjoy both the pool and hot tub. We would definitely rent Villa Solora again if we head to Port Charlotte."

"Martin and Cindy were great host's . We experienced a few system issues with while there , but they were quickly resolved after a call to Martin. Loved the pool!Thanks for the two extra days!"

"House needs a little TLC, but was well stocked with most anything you might need. Pool was great, but probably didn't need to be heated for the time of year we stayed. Location was convenient for access to Sarasota, Venice, Punta Gordo, & Ft. Myers. Contact & caretakers were very helpful. It was an excellent stay."
