"What a Beautiful Brand New Home with all the amenities, modern finishes and a huge kitchen island as well as a very large beautiful master bath.The Host was absolutely amazing and after asking if there was a Keurig, but a different coffee maker she went out and bought one just for us to complete our morning coffee time sitting in a comfy breakfast nook. This is a Must Rent for a Very Comfortable Vacation Home and close to everything!Bill & Brenda menities"

"The house is gorgeous and the pool is beautiful, couldn’t control the cold weather, but the manager was quick to raise the pool temperature 5 for us, and it was just lovely. The house is fully equipped with everything you can think of only slight complaint might be if you had six people staying there, there are only four beach towelsThey are absolutely beautiful and dry well but you might want to bring a couple extra. We didn’t meet our host, but she was very quick to respond and quick to notify the manager for my minor problem with the coffee pot, which turned out to be easily fixed on our own. Also beds are extremely comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again."

"The host was very responsive to messages and considerate with extras like shampoo and laundry soap. The house is located in a neighborhood with pickleball and basketball in a nearby park; grocery stores, bakeries, and shopping within minutes. Several beaches to choose from within 30 minutes. "
