"It was fine the shower was water was totally backing up while we were in the shower the water was standing didn’t like that at all and the ice machine was not working on the 2nd floor and the elevator was out but the staff were phenomenal"

"I was treated with such hostility by the front desk staff (Shannon) on arrival that I was shocked by her behavior. Though I only asked questions about their policies, she accused me of having an attitude. She screamed at me and followed me to the parking area, wagging her finger in my face. I threatened to call the police before she backed off. My husband heard her from inside our room and was afraid to stay there afterwards. We did stay and the morning staff could not have been nicer."

"Our room was clean and the staff was courteous! The hallways and elevator reeked of pot and burned my eyes and throat! Totally disgusting! Also, when we booked on Expedia it stated that breakfast was included, but it wasn’t! Very disappointed with Expedia and Hilton! "

"1. The room that we stayed in was a handicapped room - we didn't request it - we were assigned to it. CLEARLY, service animals have stayed in that room because it STUNK of DOG. We kept the AC down much more than comfortable just to try and reduce the smell. 2. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle. The shower head was a handheld, so not sure if that was a factor, but it took a long time to rinse. 3. Most of the included amenities were missing/out. There was no shampoo, body wash or tissues in the room and none were replenished each day during out 4-night stay, even though we had the room cleaned each day. 4. Two of the three ice machines on the property were broken and the female at the front desk wasn't any help. She went into the kitchen area looking for ice but came out empty handed, even though there was a large pitcher of iced, flavored water for guests to enjoy, so clearly, there was an ice source somewhere."
