"The room was filthy. Dirty towels, floors weren’t clean, trash was still in the bathroom from previous stay. When we went to ask for clean towels the lady in the staff was very rude and didn’t want to give us a new one. Floors were disgusting, I stepped on a toe nail getting out of the shower and we had only been there less than an hour. When I talked to the woman at the front desk she was insanely rude and dismissive of our issues. "

"We had a king non smoking room. We entered into a very recent HIGH concentration of pot and ammonia smell. Room looked great but my heart started racing from the amount of what was in the room. The front desk moved us immediately. Only needed 6 hrs sleep to move on and we got it. No milk for breakfast cereal and orange juice machine was not calibrated properly. No fruit or yogurt but waffles, bagels and biscuit and gravy were available. Property needed straightening, iron board thrown in bushes, soffits were in disrepair."
