"We should have known when we pulled in and Police had assigned parking spots this was a questionable establishment. The entire facility can't even call this a hotel is filthy. It is marketed as an extended stay hotel but in reality it is a homeless shelter you get to pay to stay in. Never in all our travels have we felt the need or urgency to vacate a hotel room. When we brought our concerns to the front desk we were offered another room but can honestly say we knew from what we had seen so far it was not going to be an improvement. We had to find another hotel at 1130pm on a Friday night after traveling 12 hours. We are still waiting on Expedia to provide a refund."

"The noise insulation from the road across is bad. And there is no enough space in the shower to adjust the water temperature without getting drenched with cold water. The eggs in the breakfast had raw smell. "

"it started at check in,employee was on his phone in dining area took a few minutes for him to get behind counter,,all the while stretching and complaining about his back,got to the non smoking room stunk like weed,had to keep bathroom door shut because smell coming thruogh exhaust vent,bathtub had old bars of soap,on edges ,not cleaned,entire room filthy sheets dirty,worst motel stay ever!"
