This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home boasts an ideal canal-front location, perfect for families and friends. Unwind by the sparkling pool or soothe your muscles in the hot tub, all while enjoying a breathtaking waterfront view all around the back of the home.



The Space:

Ready to relax? Head back to your home-away-from-home and whip up a delicious meal on the breezy lanai. After a day of exploration, take a refreshing dip in the pool or unwind in the soothing hot tub.



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire home except a locked closet in the garage.

Garage is a two car garage that guests can use with fishing gear.



The Neighborhood:

This place was a great find. We had a couple hiccups to start off due to the hot tub needing to be drained and refilled but Brhett was right on it. We really loved the pool and hot tub area and spent the bulk of our time there. Sitting out there at night or early in the morning as the sun comes up with a cup of coffee was amazing! The house itself while having a bit of a dated kitchen and bath really was very clean and served us well. The beds were on the firm side but that fit my preference very well. I would suggest bringing your own pillows as they are also a bit firm. Overall, I would say the value was excellent and the management is top notch. I will not hesitate to rent again when I am back in the area.

The only thing we had a slight problem with was the beds (a little stiff for our liking) could do with some mattress toppers? Overall a lovely little home we called HQ for a weekend visit to attend a wedding.

Overall, this was a great rental. Everything was clean. The pool was heated, and a great temperature for January. Good location, close to downtown. Host was very friendly and hel0ful. Would definitely come back!

5 stars doesbt do this justice

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in North Fort Myers. The property is stunning — peaceful, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The waterfront view is absolutely breathtaking, and we loved relaxing by the private pool and hot tub. The location is perfect: tucked away enough to feel serene, yet just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else we needed. The house was spotless, well-appointed, and felt like a true home away from home. The host was friendly and very responsive, which made the entire experience even better. The price was very reasonable for all that is offered. We couldn't have asked for a next trip

Comfortable stay, but may be due for some update

The property was nice & cozy over all. It was clean. Outsize jacuzzi was fun! However it could if it’s some minor update in the bathrooms & perhaps in kitchen.
