"Room was clean and bed was very comfy. It was nice they have 2 chairs in the room. We had problems with the tv and the lady came up and fixed it for us. We did have a problem finding the building itself. There is no drive way and check in is in the side of the hotel. "

"There were some cleanliness issues that need to be cleared up. The building is obviously old but they seem to have done some renovations. There was some kind of mold build up in my shower drain, so I just skipped showering since it was just one night. The bedding was a little stained, so that was disappointing. And the furniture was also heavily stained. But over all, for the price I paid, it was as good as I expected. They so clearly clean the basic areas on a regular basis as there was no dust build up, the bed was perfectly made, and the floor was very clean. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. "

"Super nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Great location and close to anything you’d need. Joe was extremely accommodating to our last minute change of plans due to weather. Beds were very comfortable and home was exactly as pictured! We will be back next time we visit family in Ankeny!"

"Garrett is very prompt with sending messages. This home is amazing in so many ways. Spacious with the 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Well maintained and great location to all your sightseeing. Located in an area with excellent choices for shopping. This is our second time we have booked this house. It's my FAVORITE for having to be away from home."
