「The hotel is relatively new and beautiful. There were a few hiccups that were problematic our first room the air conditioner didn't work and then bumped us into a junior suite which was an upgrade from we originally had but then there's no water pressure and no hot water the first night. They finally managed to figure out how to get us hot water but it was intermittent and would come in and out during the time there. The mattress was hard as a rock and definitely needs a mattress topper. But...

「The room was being cleaned as we arrived and not deep cleaning. The staff didn’t speak any English so it was hard to discuss anything. The water didn’t work at all during our trip and we let them know at 8:30 pm and didn’t have water until morning. One of the beds didn’t have any covers. We put a complaint in and never heard back. The place is beautiful and great location. 」
