"I had an amazing stay in Jamaica and this resort really made the experience unforgettable. The property itself is beautiful—everything from the beach views to the overall layout felt very tropical, peaceful, and well-maintained. The beach was definitely one of the highlights for me: clean, swimmable, and perfect for relaxing or just enjoying the scenery. The staff stood out the most. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel taken care of. You can tell they put effort into making guests feel comfortable, which made a big difference as a solo traveler. Service at restaurants and around the resort was consistent and positive. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. Housekeeping did a great job keeping things fresh, and I always felt safe and at ease on the property. Food was good overall—there was a decent variety, and I appreciated having different options depending on the mood. Some spots were better than others, but nothing disappointing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway with great energy and welcoming people. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and already thinking about when I'm going back!!"

"I had such a great experience at Iberostar Resort! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent and very easy to access, so everything felt convenient and stress free. The breakfast was a highlight fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. I also really enjoyed the complimentary drinks, which added a fun and relaxing touch to the stay. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back. "The staff were very friendly, but were unable to answer basic questions. The food was generally poor, and the pool grill food options were frequently sold out/not available. Coffee was provided in room, but there was no coffee maker. The gym was broken and not useable"

"AMAZING STAFF! Sheldon at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. All the staff members were so nice. Jemar in the buffet area is adorable and has great recommendations for Local food, and activities.They remembered your name, every time they saw you. I went for my birthday and they sang happy birthday to me multiple times. The food is amazing. The buffet is simply delicious. It is the best buffet I’ve ever had in my life. All the ingredients are fresh, and organic. We stayed at the palace, which was nice because it was the calmer and the more relaxing of the resort, but we still had access to All 3 resorts. They had a ton of different events, like foam parties, an all white party, disco party, and Michael Jackson tribute. There’s always something to do on the resort day or night, and the staff is very friendly and interactive with the guests. The rooms were clean and had beautiful views of the ocean."

"The property was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. The room was kept very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities it had to offer. Additionally, the staff was absolutely incredible. On our last full day of our trip, the power went out, causing some dinners to be cancelled, however, the staff continued to provide excellent service through it all and were more than generous, even going as far to apologize for something out of their control. We had the best time speaking with multiple staff members (who soon became our friends), playing organized activities by the pool, and enjoying all of the delicious food the resort had to offer. We will definitely be coming back soon!"
