「Super relaxing. Super fun. This is definitely a nice location ,if you did wanna bring your family with your kids you can. It’s about 25 minutes from the airport with traffic. Definitely close not too far from a big city, but not exactly where everything is super close, but there is a nice little private beach walking distance from this day and I think that is very great for people who are not interested in traveling the town, Nikki is super sweet, super attentive and is extremely helpful . it...

「The hotel is inside a gated community which felt very safe. It was on the beach which was beautiful. I stayed with my family at the beginning or the low season it wasn’t crowded at all which was wonderful. The restaurant food and staff were amazing, the hotel concierge were super nice and friendly. The spa girl was great. The rooms were clean and near and beautiful. Some helpful tools for future guests would be to bring your own toiletries and plenty of bug spray. Even with the mosquito nets...

「Arrived and room had mechanical problems with HVAC, fans, remotes for the television. Asked to speak to a maintenance technician to address the problems, hotel staff became very obnoxious with me. Was eventually switched to a new room that had the same problems and more. Left within an hour of arrival and am working on a refund due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the rooms causing me to have to find a new hotel to stay at. 」

「カバレテに到着して、タクシー運転手や観光警察にホテルの場所を聞いたが、誰も知らない。警官にホテルに電話してもらい迎えに来てもらった。 道路沿いに簡単な標識があるが、奥まっており、入り口が不明。初めて来る外国人には判別できない。 ホテルは部屋数１０で、民宿レベル。従業員も２～３名。 部屋には冷蔵庫がなく、水も貰いに行く必要がある。 レストランはなく、簡単な軽食を作ってくれた。近くのレストランまで５分程歩く必要がある。 料金の割には、Hotels.com　の紹介と程遠い悪いイメージを受けた。」
