「There is a ‘late’ check in fee after 8pm which we were not aware of. There is no one on property after that. We arrived at 9:30 and did not know what to do. Eventually someone answered the call box and came, angry and rude with us. They said the hotel does not control what Expedia tells us. This is not my problem as your customer or theirs. Ps this must happen frequently as another couple showed up after us.」

「Rooms were not ready for check in despite time provided by staff. No room cleaning or anything like that without asking. For 300 plus a night, would have liked something that set it apart from other hotels in the area.」

「Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Tub wasn’t very clean and there was some dirt on the walls.」

「We stayed at first floor with ocean view. Parking is small but enough. This hotel faces on the ocean so it is convenient to walk to the bridge. But this area is similar to Montrey but very cold in May. This town is very small so only limited choice of the restaurant and it looks pricy.」

「This was a great place to stay. We liked the spacious room which was very clean. The decor is a little dated, but did not affect the quality of this place. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The long vanity with sink was great for getting ready and the bathroom and shower were great. We stayed on the second floor and it was surprisingly quiet. We could hear people in the morning, but the night was calm. They provide a good place to get breakfast with seating. I...
