Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back!

Excellent location around Harvard Square walkable area. The hotel has beautiful and very comfy rooms and common areas in the lobby are just gorgeous.

Location of this hotel is great. Don't expect even average service from the hotel, except for Glenn, he was the only person who acknowledged our existence. Don't expect milk & cookies delivered, great service at the bar or restaurant. If you don't expect, you won't be disappointed. It is a beautiful hotel and felt safe in the area, the insides just didn't match the outside.
