If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine will be charged to the card on file. For homes listed as pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. Restricted breeds are not permitted, and a pet fee of $45 per pet per night will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:
If a refund is applicable based on the reservation terms, a $35 cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund/cancellation amount. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the guest.
We want all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes, checkout instructions--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.

There is no smoking allowed inside of the home or on the premises. ($250 Cleaning and Deodorizing fee if smoke is detected in the home, and additional cleaning fee of $100 if smoking-related trash outside is left behind by guest)

Undisclosed pets incur a $200 Cleaning and Deodorizing Fee if pets are detected in the home.

$200 Undisclosed Guest Fee for each person staying at the home that exceeds the guest list from the reservation made by the guest.

All events held must be announced before reservation and permitted by the host. $200 fee assessed to guest for undisclosed guests on the property. Host reserves right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary.

Please be advised that the pool will be closed for the season from October 15, 2024, through April 1, 2025. During this period, we will be conducting regular maintenance to ensure the pool is in top condition for the warmer months.
