"Room and staff were great and friendly. Complementary breakfast needs some work. Had better breakfast at a motel. Waterpark is small and more for little kids. People bring animals there and dont pick up after their animals. As soon as you step outside there is dog poop all over. Not to mention all the yellow snow right in frontbof the door. Like come people if your not going to pick up after your pets at least walk them to the other side of the parking lot"

"Many small things added to a less than ideal stay: Clerk carried on extended phone call while also checking us in. Room had plastic waste by sink when we arrived. Breakfast areas was not kept clean. Parking lot needed sand spread on the numerous ice patches."

"Carmel corn found in pull out sofa. No hand soap in room. App with virtual room key didn’t work. Pool area was not like pictures(wall partition with construction on the other side), and frequently out of towels. Teenage boy's in pool and hot tub in their underwear, not bathing suits. Cat in room and hallway a few doors down from our room. To say we were disappointed is a huge understatement. "
