「The room was perfect. Very clean, bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was nice and very clean. Coffee was provided in the room which was nice to have in the morning. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I have stayed there twice this summer and will be a returning customer. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the TV. A bit hard to navigate and none of the streaming options was available if you didn't have a preexisting account.」

「I'll start with the two positives: it's cute on the outside and the front desk guy was friendly and check in was quick. There were no positives after getting to the room. The place is run down and filthy. The floors were so dirty that my white socks were black on the bottom from walking on them and the bathroom was just gross. I do not recommend if you like a clean place to stay - so disappointing.」

「Nice clean and cozy room. Bed was very comfortable and hardwood floors, which is key. Room is small, not a lot of extra space for two people to splay out, but it was what we needed for a short stay. Microwave and mini fridge in the room which is always nice to have. Staff was very friendly when we were checking in.」

「The Hero is great for a romantic getaway with spa services. The jetted tubs in the rooms are enormous. The ambiance is cozy. The free breakfast includes eggs made to order. The massages are awesome. We will be back.」

「Our room was extremely clean and quiet. There was a fan but no air conditioning. We did not need it. There was no elevator which was a problem for us but, we made it. I would like to stay there again if I could be on first floor.」

「The manager was responsive and it was quiet. There were some cleanliness and general maintenance issues. The tub drain was full of hair, tub faucet handle fell off, bulb burned out. One of the mattresses needs replacing. Needs a good, deep cleaning. Coffee was good.」

「The bed was clean, not top shelf comfy, but ok. There is a gas fireplace that did not turn completely off so the room got hot. Fortunately it was cool and the open window helped. There is an air conditioner too. Fairly quiet except during peak traffic times. The carpet and furniture were older. Centrally located near many, many coffee shops and restaurants! Parking was close. Overall a decent stay.」

「It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...
