「 Quinta com jardins bonitos , num espaço tranquilo . A casa com um quarto é confortável e a cozinha está bem equipada . Um sítio bom para quem não quer ficar num hotel grande. A localização é relativamente central , para quem quer visitar a ilha . A proprietária é muito simpática e sempre pronta para ajudar.」

「It’s a beautiful setting in the garden. The home is roomy and cozy, it has everything you need. It had a musty smell which is typical, I kept the windows open always which got rid of the smell. Windows have screens which is much appreciated! It is below another apartment so you do hear some footsteps and noise. This is why I didn’t give it full stars. You can sometimes hear dogs and loud cars in the distance but it’s not too bothersome.」

「We have stayed the first week of our honeymoon at Casa de Canada, and am sure we couldn't start it anywhere better! De house is wonderful, fully equipped and in a peaceful environment. Antonio is the best host we have ever had. From Lissabon he was always there to help us and give us all the information we need. From the house you can go anywhere. 「My husband and stayed for three nights in late Aug. Rui was amazing with the check in, providing tons of information on the area including hiking spots that we were interested in. There was fresh bread and Dona Amelias (homemade) awaiting us. Both were amazing. The place is simple, cute and clean. We were ready for peace and quiet and that is what we got. I loved starting each day and ending each day staring out that big window at the landscape and the sea. We did not cook, so I cannot comment...
