Leider mangelhaft :-(

Unterkunft von der Raumaufteilung und vom Garten her "komfortabel" ABER: Matratzen fleckig, schmutzig, ebenso Kopfkissen! Waren froh, dass wir die eigene Bettwäsche (Kopfkissen, Decke) benutzen konnten. Als jahrelange Ferienhaus-Urlauber sagen wir: Wohnung ist mehr als abgewohnt. Rostige Steckdosen, dreckige, rostige Heizkörper, mehr als abgeschlagene Türen und sehr schmutzige Wände, Spiegelschrank im Bad nikotingelb, hing wohl zuvor in einer Kneipe;-) Für dieses Geld in der Nebensaison: no Go!

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung "Seestern" in Norddeich schöne und entspannte Urlaubstage verbracht. Sie ist perfekt eingerichtet, ihre Lage zentral und auch die Buchung verlief völlig problemlos. Es gibt keinen Grund für Reklamationen. Anregung: Vielleicht könnte man ein Gästebuch einführen, in das man sich "verewigen" kann.

Die Sauberkeit, vor allem im Badezimmer, war nicht gut. Mülleimer bereits überfüllt bei Ankunft. Schimmel im Bad und in der Dusche.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung hat fast alles, was man sich wünscht. Parkplatz, recht großer Garten, schöne Terrasse, Nähe zum Kurpark und zur Seehundstation sowie in Laufnähe zum Strand. Wir hätten uns noch einen Föhn und einige Tabs für die Spülmaschine gewünscht. Bei so tollem Wetter wären auch Liegen im Garten wünschenswert gewesen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nicht zufriedenstellende Unterkunft

In der Dusche fängt der Schimmel an. Der Heizkörper in der Dusche war total dreckig. Die Wohnung war nicht anständig geputzt. Eine halbe Stunde wurde nur geputzt. Haben wir zufällig gesehen. Die Kochrückwand war noch verschmiert. Die Bettunterlage war voller Tierhaare, obwohl allergikerfreundlich ausgegeben. Im Kinderzimmer war das Fenster undicht, musste mit unserem Handtuchpaket ausgestopft werden. Die Betten waren Stein hart.

Helle freundliche Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung liegt günstig, zum Wellenpark sind es ca.3 min.zur Norddeicher Straße ca.5 min. Und zum Strand 10 min.Der Garten ist eingezäunt.Insgesamt ist die Wohnung hell und freundlich eingerichtet.Die Matratzen fand ich super.Das einzige was nicht so schön war sind die Zimmertüren, die überstrichen wurden und in Griffhöhe schmutzig waren.Die Duschkabine hatte schwarze, verkrustete Ecken. Der Kühlschrank hat kein Gefrierfach.

Die Wohnung Seestern liegt in fußläufiger zentraler Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Norddeichs. Zudem ist sie gemütlich eingerichtet, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Garten, ideal für Hund oder Kinder.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit Garten und guter Lage. Restaurants und Strand sind innerhalb von 5-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden. Lediglich eine Info vom Reiseveranstalter, dass bei Anreise ein negativer Schnelltest vorgelegt werden muss wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Das war zum Buchungszeitpunkt noch nicht der Fall. Der Weg zum Testcenter hat uns leider 2 wertvolle Stunden gekostet da man dort maßlos überfordert ist.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, ist toll eingerichtet und gerade mit Hund ist es hier optimal, da alles eingezäunt ist. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Schicke Wohnun

Schicke Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Was fehlte war eine Waschmaschine und Jalousien. Es war sehr hell. Wir haben allerdings erstmal Fenster geputzt. Man konnte nicht durchgucken. Unterm Bett und Fensterbänke waren nicht sauber. Vielleicht ändert es sich noch. Ansonsten Spiele für die Kinder war alles da👍. Couch und Wohnwand sind neu und modern.

Silvester am Norddeich

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bis auf das fehlende Eisfach war alles da. Vielleicht kann man da nachrüsten. Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Garten und Terrasse. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen und weiterempfehlen.
