This house awaits you for a family or friends stay in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île. Its large terrace will allow you to enjoy the iodized air of the island. You will be able to gather there to start your days accompanied by breakfast, to savour good grilled dishes or simply for a moment of pause under the sun.

The living room is on the ground floor and is an open space. The dining table invites you to share good meals and moments of conviviality. Then, you will find the kitchen very well equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle) to prepare your specialities. Then, a lounge area with its sofa will allow a moment of pause in front of the television.

The accommodation has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 9 people, ideally a maximum of 6 adults and 3 children. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, adjoining bathroom and dressing room. Then upstairs, two bedrooms with double beds and the last one with a single bed and a bunk bed. A bathroom and a toilet complete this floor.

For even more convenience, the house also has an independent toilet on the ground floor, a washing machine, a barbecue and two parking spaces.

Il manque de chaises, les bancs c'est pas confortable. Les bols, les mugs, pour le petit déjeuner sont très petits. Literie confortable, salles de bain agréables.
