"I liked how the owner accommodated us on a last-minute booking due to an issue with our vacation rental. McKenzie, the owner, was upfront and took care of changes at checkout. The hotel has a great selection of rooms, and the center outside patios are very relaxing. Hotel Nashville is a great gathering place for one to 40 people. We will stay there again for sure."

"The room was really nice and really clean. The staff was okay. Not rude but also not exactly above and beyond in service. The rest of the hotel is pretty mid, nothing to write home about, but like I said the room was really nice. It's also cool they have a pool and a fitness room, even though both are quite underwhelming. The weight room has dumbbells up to 50 and a bench, which is basically all you need, but good luck if there's more than one person in there at a time. The front automatic door also makes a loud noise every time it closes."

"Very nice hotel, seems new/updated throughout. We had a one bedroom suite which had a very large seating area with pull out sofa, table and chairs to dine at, additional seating with small table, large TV, kitchenette with decent size fridge (no freezer compartment), microwave and bar size sink, a large bathroom with a huge jetted tub, and a separate bedroom area with a king size bed and additional seating/ desk/ work station/another large TV. There was plenty of shelving to put bags on also. Love this! Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good, although there were so many people eating that seating was limited and food was running out. The workers were trying hard to keep up with replacing things as they ran out. We were glad that our room had a small dining table and 2 chairs so we took our breakfast to go and ate in our room. The fitness area looked large and well equipped although we only stayed for the night and didn’t have time to work out. We tried to relax in the pool, but it was small and felt very cool and was filled with lots of children, so we decided to enjoy our jetted tub instead. That thing was massive! I was expecting a hot tub in the pool area from pictures I saw when booking, but sadly that was closed up about 3 years ago. The IHG website states this, but I booked through a third party and I didn’t see this information on their website. Will definitely stay here again when in town for horse shows or shopping-walking distance to outlet mall!"

"This was our third stay at the indigo hotel in Columbus. We like the location close to the center (walking distance to excellent restaurants and architecture). Very helpful staff; and Tripp the dog is great. Breakfast is very good -- cooked to order in the restaurant."
