「Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Tin Inn in Erkelenz. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und gemütlich, die Ausstattung top. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Bistro-Automaten wurde nach kurzem Anruf innerhalb von wenigen Minuten gelöst, guter Service!

「お部屋はとても清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。シャワーの水圧も十分で、すぐにお湯が出て温度変化もなく、安心して使用できました。
ホテルはアーヘン中央駅（Aachen Hbf）から徒歩約15分の距離にありますが、駅前のタクシーを利用すれば5分ほどで到着するため、それほど遠く感じませんでした。
立地は旧市街にあり、アーヘン大聖堂や市庁舎などの観光スポットが徒歩圏内にあるため、観光の拠点として非常に便利です。周辺にはスーパーや飲食店、お土産屋、玩具店、本屋なども充実しており、ショッピングも楽しめます。
スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、予定より早く到着した際には荷物を快く預かってくださいました。また、急な雨の際には本数は限られているものの、傘の貸し出しもあり助かりました。
チェックアウト時にはタクシーも手配していただき、10分以内に到着するなど、最後まで丁寧な対応が印象的でした。
朝食のビュッフェもとても充実しており、特にハムやチーズの種類が豊富だったのが印象的でした。
アーヘンを再訪する際には、ぜひまた利用したいホテルです。
