Beautiful, spacious, clean and centrally located property with A/C and the most gorgeous views directly across from the beach! Kitchen was well equipped and having a washer was very convenient (bring your own detergent). There is no lockbox so you must arrange meeting up with the owner for check in prior to arrival. Would stay again!

The place was very clean and conveniently located close to the beach, tram, and bus stops. Although it’s not in the main town area, public transportation makes it very easy to get around, including directly from the airport. There is also a small grocery store within walking distance. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a small elevator and is well equipped with a washing machine and a variety of cleaning supplies. Our flight was delayed by five hours, and the host kindly waited for us to arrive, gave us the keys, and explained everything. We really appreciated her flexibility and hospitality.

Our family of four stayed in this beautiful, clean and very comfortable apartment for 4 nights. We were very grateful for the working air conditioners in each bedroom as well as the family room. Mirielle was very kind to meet us to deliver the keys when we arrived by train very late the first night we arrived. I rate this place a 10/10 and plan to recommend to friends who will visiting Nice soon.

Très agréable accueil. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Le Tram et le bus en bas de la résidence. Très belle vue mer. La literie est très confortable. Merci pour ce séjour.

We really cannot fault this excellent apartment. The views are wonderful & it is so easy to get everywhere (the tram stop is 3 mins away). The apartment was spotless & the beds wonderfully comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Nice.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful sea view 😊 Was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent rental

Location was excellent - near tram station which made it easier to get to old town and airport. Would highly recommend this rental and will stay here again in the future.

Fabulous view! Great apartment with easy access to transit

Final 2 days of our vacation in this lovely apartment with great views from 5 floor with working elevator.Would love to return for a longer stay next time.
