Weekend à nice

Appt correspondant à l’annonce. Nous avons eu un problème de toilettes à notre arrivée, le propriétaire a été très réactif nous l’en remercions. Cependant l’Environnement quant à lui, est très humide ainsi que la clim qui répandait une odeur d’égout.

Bon séjour a Nice

Super vacances a Nice que je referai dans cet hébergement qui niveau tarif c’est imbattable mais il ne faut pas s’attendre a du luxe pour moi sa me suffit et tout et bien précisé dans l’annonce.

Not so ‘Nice’

We were very disappointed by the standards & condition of the apartment, and by the hospitality. Upon arrival attempted to contact the hosts phone & heard nothing until 5 hours later. When entering the apartment was met with the smell of foist & dust. Then discovered the bathroom light didn’t work, TV didn’t work either & the so claimed ‘WIFI’ was non existent. Went to use the cooking utensils, plates & glasses to find they were dirty & dusty, particularly the pans which had burnt remnants of the food that had previously been cooked in them, needless to say we had to clean them prior to using them. When we did speak to the host he avoided answering questions about the bathroom light & tried to tell us how to use the Wifi, searched high & low for the ‘supposed’ Wifi box without success & the fact it didn’t even show up on any of our devices tends to suggest that it didn’t exist at all. The air con didn’t work effectively instead blowing our hot air, this combined with a severe lack of ventilation in the property means whenever water is ran the room becomes very damp, also the only outdoor access we had in the form of a small corridor/yard located out of the window was also absolutely filthy. Had issues using the electric hob which constantly kept cutting out and required restarting whilst cooking food. Discovered a large number of insects in the room, worst of all found a dead cockroach underneath the sheets of the bed one night prior to sleeping. Awful…Would never return

Ogólnie bardzo fajne miejsce, tylko brak informacji że mieszkanie w suterenach, więc mega duszno. Mieszkanie wyposażone. Blisko sklep, dworzec, plaża. Cena adekwatna do jakości .

logement insalubre

logement insalubre dans une cave , non ventilé ,fenêtres donnant sur un soupirail donc non éclairé ,atmosphère étouffante dans une puanteur d'égout , électricité faite de prises volantes ,branchement sur un fil souple descendant de la façade , pas de prise de terre gros risque d'incendie , ménage non fait , mort aux rats sous l'évier , préservatifs et gel dans le placard etc.

Bon sejour

L’appartement est propre et bien situé ( a côté de la gare et 15 min à pied du centre) Cependant l’appartement est situé en sous sol et est donc assez humide (difficile de faire sécher son linge)

Abbiamo lasciato la casa pulita, ma non l’abbiamo trovata esattamente così. Quando siamo entrati c’erano tanti ragni, mosche, moscerini e zanzare su tutte le pareti e abbiamo dovuto liberarcene noi. Non si presenta un appartamento così onestamente, prima di renderlo disponibile il minimo è controllare che non ci siano così tanti insetti per la casa. Passino le “zanzare e mosche” perché è estate, ma i ragni e ce ne stavano molti, proprio NO. Il cassetto dove lascia le chiavi, è molto difettoso, non si apre bene e ci siamo stati un po’ prima di riuscire a sbloccarlo dopo aver inserito il codice. E non dovrebbe accadere. Nel complesso accettabile se non fosse per il problema della casa piena di insetti. Dovrebbe fare più attenzione a questo aspetto.

Bien mais sous sol

L'appartement est bien situé, il est propre et il est très facile de communiquer avec son gérant. Néanmoins, il est situé au sous-sol et les photos laissent croire qu'il est lumineux ce qui n'est pas le cas. De plus, il est très humide. Cela reste néanmoins un bon rapport emplacement/prix.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien placé (10 minutes à peine de la gare, du tramway, un carrefour à 30 secondes...). En 20 minutes, vous serez sur la Place Masséna . Nous avons tout fait à pieds. J'avais un peu peur d'être dans un entresol mais le fait qu'il y ait deux fenêtres change tout. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. La literie est très bien. Certains pourraient avoir chaud mais il y a un ventilateur. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Monsieur marchand est très sympa et a l'écoute de ses locataires. Il est arrangeant. Il répond rapidement aux demandes.

Super rapport qualité-prix !

Mes amies et moi avons séjourné dans l'appartement de Médéric durant 6 jours. L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel, et bien situé (mais il faut quand même être prêt à marcher un peu pour se rendre au vieux Nice par exemple). De plus, Médéric est très reactif et a su se rendre disponible rapidement pour nous aider lors d'un léger problème avec l'appartement. Nous vous recommandons grandement cet Abritel !

agréable séjour !

Agréable séjour, hôte très arrangeant et sympathique , proximité avec un commerce et les lignes de bus reliant les points stratégiques très rapidement!! et appartement fonctionnel je recommande :)

Appartement bien placé par rapport à la promenade des anglais Tout est accessible à pieds et petit appartement fonctionnel Seul bémol il est très difficile de se garer dans les environs après 19heures
