Girls Weekend

This place was perfect for our visit to Niagara Falls. Convenient location to drive or UBER to the attractions. A Tim Hortons was near by for morning coffee. Would recommend and stay again!

Totally enjoyed staying here. Place was clean and comfortable. Very close to everything but still pretty quiet. We had small issue and I texted the owner who immediately resolved the issue. I would definitely want to stay here again!

Great Location

The location is convenient to many attractions in Niagra. If you like to walk, you can walk to the Clifton Hill area and the Hornblower. The apartment had everything you need. Rooms were nice size. The patio was convenient. Would stay again.

Excellent Location and Outstanding Hospitality

We recently stayed at this property for a visit to Niagara Falls, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the Falls and all the main attractions via Clifton Hill, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The property itself was spacious and well-maintained, with three oversized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The upper sundeck was a great place to relax, and the second living room with laser lights added a fun touch to our stay. Andy, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. He provided clear check-in instructions and allowed us to park our cars early, which was a huge plus. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The property is perfect for groups and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We recommend this property for anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

Awesome location, the deck area is awesome

The property is well appointed and comfortable. Two things absolutely standout... the location is a stone's throw from Clifton Hill and the falls viewing area. Can't get better than that. The deck/bbq area is very well setup and our group enjoyed the cookout and gathering there. The place is very comfortable but could do we with some additional utility items (sharp knives, blender, and a garbage bin in the kitchen). Overall this is a great place. The location meant we didn't even nee to start the cars at all after we checked in.

Cute little hideaway

The booking was easy. The only knock I have on this property is the entrance procedures. It took us about 30 mins to find the right parking spot and door, since the entry door is not actually marked with any type of number. It took me 30 mins to get in as the unlock procedures were unclear and the lock did not match up with the description given. Somehow how, I managed to get in and after that, the apartment itself was wonderful. Clean, spacious, well kept and great location! We would all stay here again!! Hint: the back bedroom is a hidden jewel....

Location is good and it is clean. The host was very accommodating for our request to check in early. Pretty sure the lack of pics of outside is intentional (it’s an apartment above what looks like an old boarded up store front. Minor corners cut in finishes to the apartment and basic things like trash bags (there were none), toilet paper (we had 10 or so rolls - but all of which were almost completely used, had to change the tp every time we used the bathroom), no corkscrew.

Perfect choice

We spent a long time looking at options and comparing and were super happy with the outcome. The apartment was spacious and airy , clean appealing decor, and the location was amazing. Modern style without too many knicknacks was important since i have little kids but it was still very tasteful. I wouldve loved a yard but the large deck was great for that outdoor feel and totally a worthwhile tradoff for location. We did not use our car once the whole visit! Didnt realize it was an upper level but it was fine because it was quiet. Definitely would choose this for our next niagara trip.

Plenty of room

We had a group of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids) and we all slept comfortably. Having 2 “couch areas” allowed us to spread out and enjoy different activities. We didn’t use the deck at all, but it was there if needed for another area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels/bedding/pillows. We liked having the free parking and we just walked everywhere once we were settled in. We drove to the grocery store once, and to Crystal beach once, but everything else was by foot. The apartment is just a few blocks North of Clifton Hill. You walk through an industrial sort of neighborhood to get to the apartment. We did not feel unsafe, but it is not a picturesque area. I’m really glad we found this place to stay! We enjoy being able to take care of our own breakfasts and dinners and fix snacks. The owner was responsive to all communication and easy to work with.

Convenient Location & Parking

Our family stayed while visiting the Niagara Falls region. The location was very convenient to walk the .5 mile to attractions and avoid parking fees. We had no issue with the steep stairs at entry, but this might pose difficulties for others. The flat was fine, however it was clear that the owner was staying downstairs in the building. We would make a few suggestions for improvement: -Professional cleaning. If you're charging folks for a professional cleaning, provide one. The house is lived in with chips, fingerprints, and stickers on the walls. The bathroom walls/ceiling were dirty with dead bugs and hair. -Heating. We visited around Thanksgiving and while it was in the 50s F during the day, it was down in the high 30s/40s at night. The only available heating was a small heater in one of the 3 bedrooms. We visited from a warm climate and the other 2 bedrooms got very cold at night for those not acclimated. It also would have been nice to have some regular coffee for the Keurig, not just decaf. Not a big deal, as having a kitchen is really convenient. Overall, the location was worth it for any who want to be away from the hotel scene and enjoy a little walk. We also really enjoyed the suggestions for local restaurants to support outside the tourist areas.
