The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. "I imagine that the place was really lovely when it first opened but a lack of maintenance, upkeep and proper cleaning has left it rather grimy and run down. The staff were friendly and helpful but a bit unorganized and spoke no English. They did upgrade our room free of charge because our original room we booked was apparently not good."

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. They have a big job managing everyone but we were taken care of quickly and someone was always there to help with our bags. The service was so good.
