「I have stayed at this Quality Inn at least two times in the past and every time I leave happy. It is affordable and very clean. I enjoy my stays there.」

「The beds were comfortable and we were able to have an adjoining room with grandparents. The pool was clean and the kids had fun swimming. Overall it was quiet and the room served it's purpose. The shower was either "hot or hotter" so make sure you enjoy a hot shower. ;)」

「Microtel- Janesville has a TON of TV channels to choose from which is wonderful BUT can someone explain to me why Fox News was the only channel muted out? You saw the screen but no sound. CNN was fine, MSNBC was fine, all other news channels and all other channels worked just fine...only FOX News didn't have sound. Why? Hmmmm. I will not go to this hotel again for this reason.」

「The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues.」
