Owner supplies a welcome gift consisting of: Cornish tea, coffee and sugar sachets, pint of milk and biscuits. They also provide a washing up sponge, J cloth and small washing up liquid.

On site you’ll find a convenience shop, large inside pool and outdoor pool, a clubhouse, children’s play areas, and seasonal entertainment. Please note: some of the amenities are seasonal.

Within walking distance, there is a beautiful family sandy beaches at Porth and just beyond Lusty Glaze, Watergate Bay, and the world-famous Fistral beach.

Newquay town offers restaurants, shops, and family attractions including the zoo and aquarium, while Trerice Manor and Cornwall’s coastal paths provide culture and scenery within easy reach.

Please note: bedding and towels are only supplied for the bedrooms. If you are using the double bed settee, you will need to supply your own bedding.

A deposit is taken by owners one month in advance of your holiday and refunded within 5 days of your departure.
