The apartment has a great location! A few minor details would help to make the stay nicer and more convenient. Taping down the rug in the kitchen area and making sure what is listed as a staple in the apartment would be a great help. The bathtub/shower area is pretty steep to get in and out of. Would not be a good idea for children under 12 and adults over 55. Communicating re: Stay Booklet is a bit easier if you are in the UK vs. a US statesider. That being said, everyone we met in the area were great people, including Josh and the Taxi Drivers who live right up the street. That definitely made up for any minor annoyances and makes the overall experience stellar!!!

Spent a fabulous week in this perfect apartment situated close to the beach’s and town. Very quiet area. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break in Newquay.

This is a great apartment just 2 mins from Tolcarne beach & close to Newquay centre. Very clean with everything you could need including parking! The owner is lovely & helpful. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Great flat for a weeks stay in Newquay for 2 people and a toddler. Hosts very accommodating and provided a travel cot for us. Flat was in a quiet block, clean and had just about everything needed for self catering. Located a short walk from the town centre, beaches, park and zoo making it an ideal location for a family holiday. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying again.

Very impressed with the accommodation and location. Very homely, comfortable and well equipped. Off road parking was a real bonus too. Everything exactly as advertised. Would definitely visit again. Thanks Josh for being a fab host!

This small but perfectly formed one bedroom first floor flat was lovely light and airy, in a fabulous location. Close enough to Newquay but far enough away too, a great base to walk from and explore the wider area.

With an allocated parking bay the First Floor Apartment was very easy to access. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities required for our weeks stay. The location is fantastic within a hundred metres you are looking out at a beautiful beach and ocean. The town is a few minutes walk away with lots of bars and restaurants. We walked to Watergate Bay and our favourite Fistral Beach. Both are worthy of the walk. We would highly recommend this apartment and dealing with Josh and his mum Anne made things very easy.
