This contemporary apartment is located just a few minutes’ walk from Fistral Beach, famed for its wide expanse of sand and fantastic surfing conditions. Overlooking the beach, you will find an array of restaurants including the famous Rick Stein’s, serving his modern take on fish and chips. A few minutes’ walk around the bay is the imposing Headland Hotel, with its selection of restaurants and spa. The hotel was also the location for the film adaptation of Roald Dahl’s The Witches. Newquay town centre is also within walking distance and boasts a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. Newquay and its surroundings really do offer something for everyone.

This ground floor apartment is decorated in a bright and airy style and offers a comfortable base from which to explore the Cornish coast. The open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen is the perfect place to relax with a 55 inch TV, Sky hub, Netflix and Wi-Fi, and has a door which opens out onto the enclosed secure patio and garden. The kitchen area has everything you will need, should you ever tire of fish and chips, including; electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, with en-suite shower room and WC, the other with twin beds (can be made up as a kingsize on request). There is an additional bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside the property there is an enclosed, partly-covered patio and garden area which is complete with garden furniture and sun loungers. The apartment benefits from a communal outdoor shower, which is perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach.
