Charming Newport Beach Home

This is the first floor of a duplex, two minutes from the best beach in Newport, close to shopping, restaurants and all beach activities. Rental typically from January 1-to May and September 1 to December 31; large master bedroom with TV and full bath, full kitchen with top of the line appliances and dining room that seats six; huge family room with flat screen, BBQ area and patio deck. Approximately 1000 square feet. Two car garage with additional third parking available perpendicular; boogie boards available for use; small pet friendly under the right circumstances; washing machine and dryer on premises; air conditioning in master bedroom; cable and wifi, absolutely no smoking in and near the property. Upper and lower units available: summer rental months from June 1-August 31 per month. Check VRBO website for per diem rates for all months.
