I had stayed at this apartment complex 2 years ago and like it so didn't read the "about this property" blurb. Thats on me. However, the one sentence that reveals that the property is under a major renovation does not adequately alert guests to what they are getting. I booked in Nov or perhaps Dec of 2025 and received an email on Feb 2026 from the managing company trying to be transparent about the property renovation, but I missed this email amongst the flood of emails I received from VRBO after making the booking. Again, that's on me. Having said that, if I had received an immediate email after making the booking I would have considered this a greater effort at transparency. For us the balcony was not usable. Lots of little issues like having to go from the 9th floor to the entry every time one of my kids wanted to enter the building. There is no intercom entry. Since airflow was restricted, all surfaces were sticky moist from the sea air. Lots of little issues like no kitchen sink plug, laundry was laden with lint. No instruction manual to tell you where garbages needed to be. The hallway from door to elevator stunk. Overall, we did not love this property. Booker beware!
