立地の良い老舗ホテル
Upper West Side のホテルには、これまでに幾つかのホテルに泊まったことがありますが、それと比べてこのホテルの部屋は、一人で泊まるには十分過ぎるくらいの広さがありました。設備は新しくはないけれど、不備な点があればきちんと対応してくれます。朝食は、毎朝食べるにはとっても高いので、86St. まで歩いて行って、NEUE GALERIE で食べるのをお勧めします。

スタッフの方々の対応が丁寧で親切だったので、気分良く滞在することができました。 お部屋はキレイで上品な雰囲気です。アメニティがニューヨークブランドの製品なのも嬉しいです。 近くにセントラルパークもあり、周囲は落ち着いた雰囲気でした。 ホテルのラウンジではジャズの演奏もありました。 少し大人な旅をしたい女性に勧めたいホテルです。

こじんまりとした、歴史を感じられる高級ﾎﾃﾙ。高級住宅街&ブティック&デリカテッセン&メトロポリタン美術館&ｾﾝﾄﾗﾙﾊﾟｰｸが近く、ﾘﾗｯｸｽ出来るｴﾘｱ&ﾎﾃﾙでした。 また、ゆっくりと滞在し、今回利用しなかったスパにもトライしたいです！

大人のホテル
今回はあこがれていた、歴史のあるカーライルホテルに泊まれてとても満足です。 カーライルホテルの近くにはメトロポリタンやウイットニー美術館などがあるので、散歩しながら美術館見物ができます。 またマディソン街を渡ると有名なガーゴシアンギャラリーにがあるのでとても便利でした。 家族連れというよりは、ゆっくり静かに文化に浸りたい大人向きのホテルです。 エレベーターは必ずホテルの人が一緒に乗って動かすので、それが面倒な人もいるかもしれません。１階のバーは雰囲気もいいし、生演奏が素敵でした。 総合すると、マディソン街をショッピングしたり、美術館をゆっくり見たりする大人向けのホテルです。

新婚旅行で6泊しました。 その旨は伝えていませんでしたが、全体的にサービスは丁寧でした。 お部屋のインテリアが可愛くて素敵です、 お部屋にお花が添えられたりしていました。 ある程度の古さはありますが、基本的には清潔です。 周辺は落ち着いた雰囲気で安心して滞在できます。 お散歩がてら朝食を食べに行くにはピッタリの場所だと思います。

アッパーイーストの品格のあるホテル
観光の中心からは二十丁目以上北ですが、落ち着いた雰囲気の街並みにあるホテルで、セントラルパークでのジョギング・散歩、マディソン街のウィンドーショッピングが 優雅にできるロケーションにあるホテルです。オペレーター付きのアンティークなエレベーターも見方によっては粋かも。 古いですが、水周りは手直しされています。残念ながらシャワーは固定式で女性には かなり高い位置にあります。中のレストランはお奨めできませんが、朝食は10ブロックほど北に行ったところにあるLePain Quotedienがいいと思います。 コンシエルジェがしっかりとしていて適切なアドバイスをしてくれます。 美術館も近いし、是非また行ってみたいホテルです。

This was a spectacular property with perfect staff. I was there to see a show. DIanna Agron's show exceeded expectations, the food was terrific. The staff is courteous and helpful. I stay at hotels all over the world and this one was a very pleasant surprise. We will be back soon.

Staying at the Carlyle was like stepping back in time, understated elegance with excellent guest services. It is an upscale hotel and is priced accordingly but it is a lovely, worthwhile experience.
