Lots of cockroaches. Communication was very unclear about lots of things, especially regarding checking in to the property. No toilet paper provided despite being mentioned in the listing, and I didn’t learn until midway through my stay that we needed to use special toilet paper because the waste water pipes are smaller than standard/regulation, so it was very easy to clog the toilet with “good” toilet paper. Even communication in asking for a plunger was terrible, the toilet (which more than 5 people use!!) was clogged for half the day until the owner woke up close to midday. My most of co-living mates were very nice and polite, so no issue there (I love George). The roaches and being packed like sardines and substandard cleanliness were the main issue, none of which seems to bother the owner, who essentially exploits people’s socioeconomic situation and dire need for a place to sleep.
