    We had reserved this property for a 4 night stay in NYC. The property manager did not send us the address of the property or access information ahead of time so some of our party showed up to the only address we had been provided, which turned out to the an office. They sent to to a property nearby that was not the property we had reserved, it was very inferior. It had just 1 bedroom, the living room had all of the other beds, the baseboard heater was falling apart, there was no elevator in the building, if felt unclean and in bad repair. Also, we were supposed to be able to check in at 4pm, the cleaners started cleaning at 5pm so we didn't have access to the property until after dinner. We weren't given an internet password and the TV didn't work. The next morning, I contacted them to inform them that this was not the property we had reserved and, later that afternoon, they did send a car to help transferred us to the correct property we had reserved. We did get the address to this location, access information, internet code - but they would not give us that information until we got in the car headed to this location. This property is really lovely. It is just as pictured and described. Our party all had real reservations about the property management company that gave us a lesser property, refused to give us a partial refund for the one night in that property. Not sure why we didn't have the address, access info, etc 1-2 days before arriving, as is usual with VRBO
