- SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony and rooftop. There is a smoking fine of $500.
- NOISE: Please remember to keep noise to a minimum after 10PM, as we want to be respectful of other guests and the neighborhood we’re in. If the police are called due to noise complaints, it could lead to eviction without a refund.
- DAMAGES & LOSS: We’d really appreciate it if you could treat our home as if it were your own. You’ll be responsible for any damages or losses, which may be charged to your account. If you notice anything, please let us know right away.
- MAIL & PACKAGES: You’re welcome to send mail and packages to the building, and our concierge will accept them for you. However, we can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged items. For added peace of mind, we recommend sending them to the nearest pick-up location.
- CLEANING; We don’t provide daily cleaning, but if you’d like an additional cleaning, we’d be happy to arrange it for you. The cost is $100. Just let us know when you'd like it scheduled, and we’ll take care of the rest.
