We had a great time at this property. It was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — a coffee maker (with coffee), washer/dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a fully stocked kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was great — just a few easy blocks to the Theatre District and Times Square, which made getting around and enjoying the city incredibly convenient. But at the same time, away from the noisy "hustle and bustle", which was appreciated.Blair, Chrissy, and their team went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe (we arrived very late our first night) and had everything we needed for our stay. They communicate via a group text, which was a little unconventional (at least in my experience), but it actually made it very easy to get quick responses and assistance whenever we needed it. The self-check-in video was very helpful.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place in the heart of the city.
