Very small place for the price charge

The room es only clean one time that was a disappointment for me. Very uncomfortable to be able to work on a desk we’re the chair cannot come out complete to be able to work

There was no hot water, not even apologies offered. We were there from Sat to Monday without hot water. Site said it included breakfast, when we got there they said it was grab and go, and the bags were all on the floor since the day before. Cobwebs in the shower door.

The building looks new, the area is unsafe no parking, and I parked on the side close to the hotel and my car got broken into. I spent almost $300 fixing it.

Overall not the best choice for hotels with terrible parking. Gave us brown bag breakfast to go, with expired food. No vending machines. Train station behind hotel makes the whole building shake when it passes. Lots of sirens from first responder vehicles all day and night. Ice machine never worked.

Lacks attention to details

It was fine for one night. However the condition of the appliances was unacceptable. Half peeled stickers still on showers, doors and windows. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Hair found in ice bucket. Water took a long time to get hot. Bed was very comfy however.

For one my car got broken into right outside the property and second the staff was so disrespectful and heartless when I tried to get back something that I left behind in my room the day I checked out. Their room service lady cleaned my room after I checked out of hotel and I’m almost certain she stole my personal item. When trying to get some answers I was disrespected and had to even end up calling the police to get some answers about my item going missing. I would never stay here again this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life

If you have anything or traveling with anything of value please do not come here. I came here to spend a night and at first I thought I was beautiful knowing it was newly renovated! But I parked outside and brought my laptop and tablet here and it turns out my laptop went missing! My brand new MacBook pro!! They barely wanted to show me camera footage of what took place and tried to tell me that I didn’t bring it here and this was the last known location of the device even after I left and came back it’s still saying the same thing. Like I said do not come here with anything of value! They don’t care, act like they do but they don’t and is very rude when you try to get confirmation
