Good area, good communication with property manager and he was very nice and helpful, not the same unit shown in the pics that I booked online, ceiling leaked in second bedroom, no hot water on day of checkout, no heat on day of checkout, bathroom ceiling has a hole that’s dropping fragments into shower and on window seal

The Host failed to provide any details regarding access to the property on the day of check in, despite my emailing them via the app several times. Then the host called me @4 on the day of the booking when we were en route to the property and tried to get me to cancel the booking on my end advancing an argument that he had a “maintenance” issue at the property. After being on the phone w a whole series of VRBO customer agents over the course of 2 hours, VRBO finally come up w an acceptable solution.

Before renting a house, you have to check if the heater is working!It was -8 degrees inside, and I was there for 2 hours trying to turn it on. It was impossible to take a shower, I was exhausted. It was truly disrespectful. You are only interested in making money and are forgetting about respect and responsibility towards others.Pay attention, I wouldn't have been frustrated if nothing had gone wrong.The sheets were dirty. Full of hair. I don't need to say anything more.I hope that from now on you will check things before renting. A true lack of respect.And this will be my review.

I have waited a couple weeks to write this review to eliminate the emotion and just be factual with my review. I wish we read the reviews prior to booking this stay. We have three main issues with the property. 1 - The apartment was not located as advertised. The key pick up is close to the advertised location and the address is actually about ten blocks north east. 2 - The communication with the host was very poor. It’s seems like an automated message that didn’t respond accurately. We disclosed the number of individuals and then got an extra charge the day of check in. There seemed to be 4 different names that we communicated with. 3- This apartment does not sleep 12 as advertised and it is a living room and one bedroom with multiple beds. We had 4 girls and I couldn’t imagine having more than 5 people at this place. Overall I’m disappointed I didn’t take heed of the earlier reviews. The hosts were polite and the place was clean but I would not stay here again or recommend it.
