Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The room was a bit too noisy. We can hear the noises coming from the streets. We got a issue with the bathroom (bathtub and toilet clogged). We had to call the reception and they sent someone right away to fix the problem. We appreciate. Everything else was good.

Great location for our first trip to NYC, centrally located and handy for Hudson Yards, High Line and Madison Square Garden. Staff are nice but I didn’t get my hotels.com F&B credit and the water dispenser on my floor was broken meaning I had to go up and down each time I needed to get water.
