"Nice staff"

"No toiletries in bathroom, used coffee cups in room. Beach sand on beds, broken toothpick in bed, dirty wash rag still in bathtub, had to ask desk for extra towels and wash rags. No one from housekeeping came by to restock anything until the evening before we checked out, parking for hotel was advertised $23.00 dollars a night but I was charged $25.00. This place was a huge disappointment. The only thing positive to mention was the view from the room. "

"Property is easy to find, best location to the beach. Pool is big. It was perfect gathering for my kids and family. Close enough to walk around to get ice cream and pizza. "

"Lovely, cozy, comfortable stay at Linda’s place. Front desk helpful and friendly. Loved having laundry facilities on site and being able to use credit card instead of needing quarters. Condo as represented in pictures. Everything was clean and ready. Bed comfortable. Plenty of good quality towels provided. Communication was excellent. Linda was always available and quick to respond to any questions. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided, what an excellent touch! Beautiful view from sixth floor. Highly recommend!!"

"Room was clean and the staff, especially Daisey, was very nice and attentive. While the building is from another era, that really is part of the charm. The location is outstanding by being so close the sand and walkable to almost anything you will want. Highly recommend and will be back. "

"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"
