「Great B&B with a nice location in the middle of Rye. Nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to find a parking place even if B&B does not offer such. Room was a bit tiny but nicely decorated and with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice and staff was very friendly.」

「Erg aardige gastheer. De badkamer was klein maar de kamer groot waardoor het onhandig was dat de tv zo klein was. Prima locatie want op loopafstand van het centrum. Handig dat je ervoor gratis kon parkeren. Aanrader voor enkele nachten.」

「Beautiful old building but run down. Cold water not connected to shower and hot water not connected to sink. Needs a thorough cleaning. Carpet needs replacing. No one on duty at front desk. Manager is doing the best he can, very polite and kind. 」

The location is fantastic for Tenterden and other nearby spots (eg Chapel Down) and the cottage itself is superbly kitted out to a very high standard. Add to that the excellent hosts and oh so thoughtful little touches, and I’ve no hesitation in thoroughly recommending it to anyone looking for a fantastic self catering away break.」
