"We received a 111 credit making our final payment very reasonable and the communication with the owners was very good. The price was the main reason i gave the unit 2 stars as opposed to 1. There were some issues with the unit. The efficiency unit was very crowded and the bathroom and closet were all one big room. The biggest drawback was a humidifier in the bathroom. There were signs instructing us to empty the humidifier every 4 hours and upon arrival I emptied the humidifier (spilling a little) and I turned the unit back on. Two hours later we came back from the beach and the humidifier had heated up the bathroom so much that it was working against the A/C unit. There was some water in it again, so I emptied it, but never used it again. The unit was very humid probably because the condo complex has an indoor swimming pool. The owners may want to rethink the humidifier and the layout of the unit. The fitness room was very hot and humid."

"The front desk services was bad. The toilet throughout the hotel will not flush without having to hold down the button for a while. The shower won’t drain so when you take a shower, you have 5 inches of water on your feet. The hot tube is broken. The exterior wall is cracking and breaking down. The list goes on. I usually don’t leave a bad review, but this was a bad hotel. One good point is that it is walking distance to the beach and the karaoke was fun."

"The staff was okay, but it felt uncomfortable at times as they would stop what they were doing and just stare when you walked into the main office. I would definitely recommend renting a car because there aren’t any nearby restaurants or a bar, so getting food requires driving or using delivery services. The property itself was pretty disappointing. The floors in the room did not feel clean, which made the stay less enjoyable. While the A/C worked well, the overall condition of the property was not great. The outside appearance looks very run-down, almost like an abandoned apartment complex. The check-in process is very minimal and done through a text message with a code and room number, which might not appeal to everyone. It felt more like a self-service setup where you’re expected to handle things like taking out your own trash and going to the main office for extra supplies like towels or trash bags. Overall, it didn’t feel like a relaxing vacation experience and lacked the comfort and convenience I was expecting."

"Hair dryer was broken and the outlet was not working like it had been damaged. Sink leaked all night. Shower dis not drain. No body soap in the shower. Damp floors."

"When we arrived and unpacked we noticed we didn’t have a shower curtain in master bedroom. They asked if we wanted to move to another unit but it would have been an inconvenience so assistant manager came after awhile and installed shower curtain. There is some water damage to window sills and near ceiling fan. We planned on using the bbq pit but it really needs to be replaced. Pool needs more lighting at night. Railing going inside unit really needs to be fixed asap. Other than some safety issues it was quiet and comfortable."

"Perfect location. We’ve stayed in this complex, different unit, many times, it is the perfect midway point between Corpus and the North Padre beaches… 10 minutes to the National Sea Shore… 15 minutes to Port Aransas. This unit was by far our favorite. Very clean, comfortable bed, stocked with every thing you could possibly need. Host responded in minutes to questions. Came down this trip to see our daughter and the Islanders win the Southland Conference Beach Volleyball Tournament. Will definitely be back next season if the unit is available. "

"Having the small yard was nice and was very helpful with my small dogs.Using the streaming channels in the bedrooms were difficult. Living room tv was very easy to use.Clean, nice and efficient"
