Absolutely wonderful stay. The location is great. It was relatively quiet. The condo exceeded expectations. Very clean and little details made a huge difference. We’ve stayed many places and I would say this was the most accommodating. You will not be disappointed

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and it is a fabulous location. The condo is located in the perfect spot within walking distance to everything. French quarters is such a short walk and the cable cars are super easy to get to and ride around. The condo itself is very grand. Beautiful high ceilings and the ameneties are fantastic. Kitchen is big and spacious and the bedroom is comfortable and cozy. I love how you go thru the huge window out into the nice and comfortable Deck. Eric the Host was always available and so easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure working with Eric. There is a Mediterranean restaurant downstairs called olive that is fantastic and literally the next door over. We certainly highly recommend this place if your in Nola. Thank you Eric and we are certainly coming back again!!

Space was thoughtfully decorated. Only issues were master bathroom sink was stopped up and hot water didn't work past 5 minutes.

Great place for exploring New Orleans. Host was great and everything was seamless. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. Outdoor space was totally cool. (Cushions a little worn but unavoidable based on weather, etc.)Really comfy bed. Just cool overall. Can't think of any improvements. :)

There is certainly good reason this place gets 5stars consistently. There is not one thing I could find that I would change and Eric is an amazing host. We went for my 50th birthday and could t have dreamed of a better place to spend it! Eric went out of his way to help make our stay special.

Easy check-in! Great communication! Fantastic location! The patio was our favorite spot, but the entire layout was perfect for drinks, cards, meals, hangout while we weren’t exploring downtown.

Great property in the Big Easy.Eric is a wonderful host and quick to communicate. The property far exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was right there in a great location with just a very short walk to the French Quarter. Book this property, you'll be glad you did.

It was truly better than advertised. It had all the amenities one can imagine and the location to tons of restaurants in walking distance was a major plus. Moreover, the unit was spotless and well organized.

Perfect condo and location

Great Condo, Great Location

The condo is clean, quiet, well appointed, great art, excellent location and has a deck which we spent a lot of time on. Just a few blocks from Bourbon Street, everything is within walking distance. We had a blast and have reserved dates for next year.Only suggestions are:1. Time for some new pillows on the bed.2. Directions for building entry code should include the # button

Terrific!

This property was really terrific for us! We were in NOLA for Mardi Gras, and this property is located two blocks from the main parade route! Additionally, the large kitchen pantry had camp chairs and a cooler, perfect for staking out your parade spots. The Mediterranean restaurant, Olive, was next door ... while not New Orleans standard fare, it gave us a nice change from jambalaya, beans and rice, fried catfish, po' boys! The property was beautifully decorated with local art. The TV was great and the sound bar for the TV exceptional. A fully functional kitchen gave us a good spot for making our own breakfasts. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location close to French Quarter

Home was as shown in pictures and very comfortable. Porch is accessed through the window. The hot water is very limited, plan on quick showers. We had a great stay!

Hidden Gem

It’s is perfect! You will not be disappointed! Most of vacation rentals are great for vacation but I could totally live here! The location is perfect-close to the excitement without the crowds and noise. Will definitely be returning!
