We loved the apartment. The location is great and we had no issues inside the building. It was kept very clean at all times. You could hear noise outside the window that faces canal street but with some $3 ear plugs from Walmart that issue was solved. We would definitely stay here again!

My group and I had a wonderful experience at Sonder in the French Quarter, NOLA. The building is located right on Canal St. with access to EVERYTHING! Our Lyft drivers could easily drive up to the building to pick us up, we were in walking distance of Bourbon st, the WW II measure (about 20 min walk), and restaurant /bars. The facility was nice and clean with everything we needed to feel at home.

We loved the apartment-style, finding it ideal for our family - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. One teen slept on the couch in the common area and the other slept in the 2nd bedroom. Location was ideal - just on the edge of everything we wanted to visit, and right next to the streetcar. We used the streetcar half of the time and just simply walked from the French Quarter back to the room the other half. The space was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only complaint my family had - and this wasn't big enough to drop the rating from 5 stars - is that there's very little water pressure in the shower.

The building entry key pad was difficult to use. Others had issues as well, including one staff member. We were there for a 3 day stay with 3 people. They gave us 2 days of coffee, 2 bath towels and no bath hand towels. There were no luggage lockers open so we had to pay for an early arrival and it took more than 30 minutes of the 1 hour I was forced to purchase to get a working code for the unit door. The unit was in the back and was very quiet for the area. This was nice. The bed was comfortable.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

The apartment was lovely and located in the perfect spot for watching most Mardi Gras parades that came down Canal. Perfect location for doing anything in the French Quarter. Parking options near by. Overall it was a great place. The only issue was the lack of on-site management because we had 4 adult staying for two nights and they gave us two towels. After a long day of travel and then trying to enjoy the evening, we were not able to shower. After multiple calls and chat messages where they were telling us where to find extra towels, we discovered that there were no extra towels. Initially, they said they would get us more towels within 24 hours. We could not wait that long to shower. Finally someone agreed to get us our towels in the morning. They showed up just before noon with two more towels and detergent pods so we could wash our towels if we needed fresh towels for later in the stay. Had to plan part of our weekend around towel deliveries and washing and drying towels. They offered a $50 credit for a future stay for our troubles. A $50 credit in the future given the price of their rentals isn’t really helpful. If they wanted to give $50 for our troubles, it should be a refund or something more useful than $50 for some possible future booking.

The location was perfect for a bachelorette trip with so many places just steps away and was incredibly spacious and LOTs of storage. There were hangers in every closet and even a washer/dryer in the unit. They were very responsive and got to us quickly. I would absolutely stay here again. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the TV was difficult to use, the Chromecast was unreliable so the tv was essentially unusable, I’m not sure if it was the tv itself or the internet but it only worked once and it was horrible quality. We also were only given four towels although we had a group of 6 and had to hunt down the cleaner to get a couple more.
