There is no elevator and wifi in the morning. I have to carry my huge luggage getting down from 4th floor.

We were excited for the large roombut that was where the good vibes ended. The sofabed was in horrible shape, like sleeping on dirty springs. The room and halls all reeked of smoke despite signs this is a non-smoking building. The washer and dryer weren't working. The tub seemed to be from the 1950s. Our room didn't have enough sheets or towels. (front desk staff did supply more up request) The breakfast was ok but made worse by the fact that the kitchen staff wanted to close early. It advertised as 6-9am but there were no eggs at 8:45 and I had to really lobby for them to make me an egg. The front desk staff were at least willing to help.

Beds and pillows are clean but very uncomfortable. Shower curtain was torn and barely hanging on. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, as did the entire third floor. I’d hard pass on staying there again.

The mattress was very stained, our sheets were dirty. when we asked for another set, the new set was damp. Around 4am, we were awaken by men rapping outside our door.

Toilet was stopped up, instead of changing my room, a staff member plunged the toilet then left the plunger “in case I had any more issues with it”. The entire third floor smelled like marijuana and pine car fresheners, including my room. Most of the furniture was falling apart and light bulbs were missing from lamps. I would not stay there again.

Kind staff members, grateful for them. However, the elevator was broken, room was dirtly and the property smelled like cigarette smoke. This was challenging, as i am allergic.

The elevator was broken and the sheets looked as if they had not been washed. The air conditioner was full of dust and dirt. I’m not one to complain about my stay but I was very displeased. I had to leave!

Elevator broken. Put us on bottom floor, husband can't walk up stairs, v small room, 1 metal chair. Had to ho buy lounge chair for husband to sleep in. Csnt sleep laying down..we booked a room with a big conformable chair or couch for him. Had neither one!!! Terrible 2 nights. The clerk did mot care. WIll never stay there again!!!!

Do not book a room here, stay at another discount hotel. The elevator has not worked in 4 months so the the first two floors are frequently used, and everything is completely worn out. Your room will basically smell like a rest stop bathroom that got sprayed by a skunk. Enjoy....or don't...up to you.

The elevator did not work during our stay. Thank God that a room on the first floor was available or we would have been on the 5th floor. Had a second parking lot for extra parking. Would have preferred to park at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice just smelled of smoke.

I have a disability and I was no notied that there where no 1st floor rooms available and the elevator had been not eorking for weeks. I made a late check in call to the property and was not told of the issue during the call.

Although we were thankfully on the first floor but the elevator was broken. So was the back door that was suppose to be locked, key entry only. Room was over all clean, but there were areas not cleaned at all. The pull out bed in the couch was so awful we had to put it up in the middle of the night and our daughter chose to just sleep on the floor.

We went for cheer competition. I loved the suites spacious room The elevator was broke we were on the 5th floor. That was hard for a 62 year old. The place needs a good overall cleaning and a little TLC. The beds were ok a little hard but tolerable. The bathtub needed refinishing. The waffle machine was broke. Overall not sure I’d pick this hotel unless they update and clean it up.

We stayed here for one night while attending a Mardi Gras ball from out of town in downtown New Orleans. For over $200/night, we encountered a 3rd-floor room in a hotel with a broken elevator, a large stained wet spot on the room's carpet, and a sticky floor in the bathroom. We made do as we were only staying one night and just needed a place to sleep. Pros were its proximity to the interstate and the friendly front desk staff.
