In the heart of everything

Highly recommend staying here. The layout was very accommodating for 4 couples. All restaurants and attractions within walking distance and upstairs pool and hot tub was relaxing after a day in the heat.

Property in great location, negatives outweighed the positives

This property is in a good location, great to RTA's transportation. So getting around NOLA was cool.The property itself was clean but sparsely furnished where it really mattered, the bedrooms. There were only night stands and rolling garment hanging racks for cloths. No dressers or luggage racks. So for 4 days we pretty much lived out of our suitcases constantly placing them on the bed. Wrinkles galore.There was a cloths steamer but no iron or board. We ended up purchasing one which we all shared.We rented for 10 people but only 8 face cloths were available. After bringing this up to Shane, he responded by saying each of the 4 rooms included 2 face cloths. I reminded him of how many people we rented for and he ignored it and really didn't seem the least concerned about it. I knew I wouldn't be communicating with him again after the second canned response.The pool is small and adults occupied it so the kids couldn't enjoy. Some of the adults and 1 particular Russian was drunk and had some offensive words, so we stayed away from the pool the rest of the trip. One of the occupants in another unit heard and observed it and offered to support us if we reported, but we just wanted to be done with it.The thermostat would not stay in a comfortable zone, it was either too warm or too coldI'm sure youth or those staying a short period and travel light will enjoy this property. Unfortunately we didn't and will not return or recommend to family or friends in our circle.

Great location and rooms

I rented 2 units which were very close to each other. We had 8 golfers so each had their own room and bathroom. The units were both well furnished and comfortable. The location was great. We were walking distance to lots of great restaurants and Bourbon Street. Only issue was the hot tub was out of order which we were looking forward to using after playing golf.

Great place to stay

We were visiting my middle daughter who plays basketball for UNO. We came down to spend time with her and to enjoy the basketball game! We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner for her!

Great apartment

The unit is located within easy walking distance to the French Quarter, restaurants, city tours buses, trams. We loved the comfortable furnished unit. Shane, our host, was responsive and attentive.
