This was a beautiful condo in a safe and very convenient location. Most all attractions are within walking distance. The bedrooms are very quiet, comfortable and dark, which is wonderful in a bustling and busy city like New Orleans. My family and I have never slept as well! I would definitely stay here again any time I am in the area.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect for us, close enough to walk to most things and very safe. The space was clean, tastefully decorated and modern. We rested so well in the dark bedrooms and comfortable beds. I recommend staying here and would definitely return!

A place we'll definitely rent again

The listing 'Historical Building Condo II' was a home run for my adult son and me on a long weekend visit to NOLA.The first thing that needs to be heard is that the property manager, 'BB' are her initials, is wonderful. The best. In advance, on site and follow up. Not a single worry when it comes to hoping someone will get back to you if you have any questions or issues. It's a great layout, appears almost new, and very comfortable for the two of us - ditto for 2 couples. There are 2 separate bedrooms with full baths (one also accessible from the hallway). I read in some earlier reviews that renters were surprised that there were no windows in the bedrooms. News flash: you'll never get a better night of sleep! No street noise, no sun in your eyes too early in the morning. Kitchen is fully stocked (pots, pans, etc.), and has a gas range, not an electric cook top of some kind. The fridge ice maker even worked!Location is great - close enough to the key areas in multiple directions, like FQ, Bywater, and WW2 museum, but not too close - traffic, tourist density and noise are minimal.We'll be back!

The perfect apartment

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. It is perfectly located - only a short walk up to the French Quarter - with amenities also close by. It was incredibly clean and spacious, with some welcome drinks in the fridge which were greatly appreciated! Brittanie provided some really useful restaurant recommendations in advance of our stay and was always contactable if we needed. If we ever return to the city, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The host was great and checked in via messages to make sure we were good and didnt need anything. The place is clean and inviting. It is in a great spot to experience different places of New Orleans!

Highly recommend

Perfect location - short walk to French Quarter, Superdome, and everything else, but out of the chaos and perfect for a family stay. Condo was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Bedrooms were quiet, set back from the noise of the street. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location

We loved this property. 3-4 blocks from the French Quarter and so close to bars and restaurants. On a quiet street so great for sleeping. Two big bedrooms and baths. Big living area and kitchen. Would stay here again for sure.

Great condo near the French Quarter

Wonderful condo and great location

This is our second time staying in this awesome condo! We wish the businesses below were in good order, but three years later and “Jimbeaux” still isn’t fixed up. Other than that small detail that has nothing to do with this property, just the location, it’s an AMAZING place to stay for a group of four adults. Thanks Brittanie! We love your pad….

Great Christmas Break Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here! The building is stunning and the unit is well kept! Pictures don’t really do it justice! The waters, sodas, and coffee were a really nice touch too! Great location 10-15 minute walk to many great spots! We would definitely stay here again!

Just as pictured

Owner was great to work with and responded to all our questions. It was spotless and just as pictured with everything we needed for some light cooking. The biggest negative was how busy camp street got. Evenings and later into the night car stereos would blare as they drove by, annoying but anymore that's normal city noise. Luckily you couldn't hear it in the bedrooms. Location otherwise was amazing being close to many attractions and cable cars. We would definitely consider booking this unit again.
