    **POOL IS OPEN YEAR ROUND (OPTIONAL Pool Heating: $60/night. Pool heat is not included in the pricing. The pool can be heated. its all days of your stay or none. its difficult to get to desired temp in 24 hours.

My group of longtime friends just had a JAZZFEST FOR THE AGES and this property was perfect for our stay. Very safe area and we biked everywhere. Loved Midcity and all the local joints like Bayou Beer Garden and Parkway. The Host was great and the property really delivered all that we needed as a home base. Thanks!

This is a really great house with lots of beds. We enjoyed the living room with the big tv to watch football games. Loved the garage to park in at night.

Great place to stay

We stayed here as a group of 10 and had a great time overall. Easy check in and check out process and the host was very helpful throughout our stay. Streetcar is right nearby as are a few food options.

Great Spot

This house worked perfect for our family trip to NOLA. The rooms, bathrooms, eating and living space were top notch and we felt comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend this rental.

Nice place clean and not too far from downtown. But u will need to uber.

The house is very nice and the garage was very convenient for our renta cars. Felt like a nice hotel with a feel of home.

Great for a group of people

We had a decent sized group visit New Orleans and this house was perfect. It had plenty of space and was very close to everything we wanted to do and see. I would recommend this place for anyone with a larger group wanting to visit the city.

Perfect for large groups

This home was beautiful! It fit my large group perfectly! It was super clean, comfortable beds and had everything you needed. Anywhere you needed to go was a very short drive! Would most definitely book again!

Graduation and Birthday bash

The house was amazing. Very clean and accessable to everything you would want to see. The only downside was all the road construction going on, but we just parked our cars in the garage and took an Uber where we wanted to go. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip.

Great option for family gathering

Great property. Listing is as shown in the pictures. Enough space for adults and kids, perfect for family gathering. Check in and check out were seamless. Really appreciated that nothing was required as far as leaving the property—very nice touch!
